Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Factory Worker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in aluminium fabrication, PVC window production, and working with factory machinery. The role involves manufacturing, assembling, and finishing high-quality window and door products while maintaining excellent standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture and assemble aluminium and PVC window and door products.
* Carry out aluminium cutting, fabrication, drilling, assembly, and finishing work.
* Operate factory tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
* Read and follow production drawings and measurements.
* Install hardware, seals, glass units, and components as required.
* Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
* Maintain a clean and organised production area.
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
* Work effectively as part of a manufacturing team to meet production targets.
Preferred Experience & Skills
* Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
* Experience working with Cortizo aluminium systems (preferred).
* Knowledge and experience in aluminium fabrication.
* Experience manufacturing or assembling PVC windows and doors.
* Ability to use hand tools and fabrication equipment.
* Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
* Good practical and problem-solving skills.
* Reliable work ethic and positive attitude.
* Willingness to learn and develop skills.
* Experience in window, door, glazing, or fabrication industries is highly desirable.
