Groundworker
Marshall Construction are seeking experienced Groundworkers to integrate into the existing business to work on new and existing client’s sites.
This a permanent, full time position based out of Marshall Construction’s Head Office in Alloa but Groundworkers will be expected to travel to sites throughout the central belt of Scotland. Company vans will be provided to squads for travel
The right candidate must have experience of all aspects of groundworks including but not limited to earthworks, drainage installations, kerbing, slabbing, concreting works.
Typical Duties shall include:
· Carry out works to a high standard of quality
· Liaising with management and supervisors to carry out scope of works.
· Work with management to ensure the correct quantity of materials are used with waste minimised.
· Comply with all necessary Health and Safety information given to installation teams such as Method Statements, Risk Assessment, Permits to Dig.
Qualifications Required
· CSCS Card
· Full Driving Licence
Qualification Desirable
· CPCS or NPORS for Dumper
· CPCS or NPORS for Roller
· CPCS or NPORS for Mini- Excavator
· Confined Space Trained
· IPAF
· PASMA
Competitive rates of pay. Hourly rate will be dependant on qualifications and experience.
Company branded workwear will also be provided.
