Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems confidently.
- Assist in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting areas for new guests.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment, enhancing their overall experience.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities.
- Good communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting.
