Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Chef to join our culinary team. Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management of supplies needed for efficient kitchen operations.
- Support the team during busy periods, ensuring timely service without compromising quality.
- Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.
- Assist with plating dishes attractively before serving to customers or plating for delivery.
- Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements based on customer feedback and culinary trends.
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or catering environment.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation methods.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures is essential.
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in fast-paced settings requiring multitasking.
- Experience serving or working directly with customers is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
