About Yourdental Wellness
Yourdental Wellness is a growing, modern dental and wellness brand with three cprivate modern dental cinics across London in Islington, Maida Vale and West Hampstead.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Creator to join our team full-time and take an active role in developing our online presence.
We are looking for someone who genuinely understands social media – particularly Instagram and TikTok – and knows how to turn ideas, treatments, people and everyday moments into engaging content.
This is very much a hands-on content creation role, rather than simply managing social media accounts. You'll regularly be in our clinics filming, photographing and working with our team to produce original content.
The Role
You will work alongside our director tp plan, create, edit and publish content across the Yourdental Wellness social media channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories, posts and short-form videos
Regularly visiting and creating content across all three Yourdental Wellness clinics
Filming our dentists, hygienists and wider team
Creating educational, informative, entertaining and trend-led dental and wellness content
Coming up with original concepts and creative ideas for social media
Filming patient journeys, testimonials and before-and-after content where appropriate and with consent
Editing short-form videos, including captions, transitions, music, graphics and effects
Keeping up to date with Instagram and TikTok trends, sounds, formats and algorithm changes
Helping us develop a recognisable and consistent Yourdental Wellness social media style
Planning and maintaining a regular content calendar
Posting and scheduling content across our social channels
Taking high-quality photographs and videos within our clinics
Creating content around treatments, clinicians, new services, clinic launches and promotions
Reviewing social media performance and using insights to improve future content
Helping to grow our following, reach and engagement across our social platforms
About You
Previous experience creating social media content is essential however doesn't have to be within dentistry.
We are looking for someone who:
Has demonstrable experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok
Has a strong understanding of what makes short-form content engaging and shareable
Is confident filming and editing video
Has experience with editing/design software such as CapCut, Canva or similar.
Has a good eye for lighting, framing, composition and visual presentation
Is comfortable approaching and directing people for videos
Can make people who aren't naturally comfortable on camera feel relaxed
Can independently generate content ideas rather than simply waiting for a brief
Understands current social media trends and how to adapt them appropriately for a professional brand
Has excellent attention to detail
Is organised, proactive and reliable
Is comfortable working within a busy healthcare environment
Is enthusiastic about helping to grow a brand through social media
Location
This is an in-person, London-based role and is not suitable for someone looking for a fully remote position.
You will need to regularly create content at all three of our clinics:
Islington | Maida Vale | West Hampstead
Applicants must therefore live within a reasonable commuting distance of all three locations and be comfortable travelling between our clinics as required.
Salary & Hours
Salary: £25,000–£35,000 per year
The starting salary will depend on your previous experience, portfolio and overall content creation skill set.
