- Commercial Ownership: You own the P&L for the kitchen. You will develop seasonal menus that excite our guests while obsessively managing food costs, waste, and labour productivity.
- Mixture of menus: Delveoping canepe, brunch, roast and seasonal dinning offer
- Collaborative Leadership: Working hand-in-hand with the General Manager to bridge the gap between front and back of house, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Operational Mastery: Maintaining a spotless, efficient, and compliant kitchen. We don’t just meet health and safety standards; we lead the industry in them.
Who You Are
- A Proven Leader: You have a track record of managing and developing kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
