Could you help someone reach their potential? We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic person to coordinate our Supported Trainee Programme, helping adults with learning disabilities and additional support needs to develop confidence, independence and practical work skills.
You need to have:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A patient, positive and encouraging approach
- A desire to help others reach their potential
Previous experience is welcome but not essential – full training will be provided.
One-year contract. Flexible working available. Part-time or full-time considered – 4 or 5 days per week.
Based at our Deephaven warehouse (Evanton)
