We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Baristas to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring food safety, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to food safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently using basic math skills
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment
Experience
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous
- Experience in serving or food preparation roles is beneficial
- Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Working Environment:
Daytime working hours, Tues - Sat (Sun & Mon off), limited evenings on occasion, by arrangement.
Typical core hours working 9am-5pm. Part-time hours to be discussed.
Requirement to stand for extended periods.
