Rate of pay: £14.12 per hour
Contract type: permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Shift times: 0400 – 1230 or 0500 - 1330
Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to join our Accommodation team working at Northwood HQ.
You will be responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring all cleaning tasks are delegated and completed, placing orders, cleaning accommodation, and offices on site. You will be cleaning to a high standard, ensuring all tasks are completed in good time, and all equipment is stored safely.
To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

What you’ll do:

Manage and supervise your team to ensure the highest standards are being met consistently.

Manage PPE and cleaning materials for the team.

Conduct meetings with the operating team to identify training requirements.

Assist with preparation for payroll and arrange cover during sickness and holidays.

Complete audits daily and prepare monthly KPI reports.

General cleaning on site and around the building.

Ensure all designated areas are cleaned to the highest specification.

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc.

Ensure all equipment is used and stored, as necessary.

Be familiar with health and safety practices.

Rubbish disposal.

Efficiently report any deficiencies or issues with equipment.
What we’re looking for:

Resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work in the UK.

Experience in a cleaning department as a supervisor.

The ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
