Job Summary
We are looking for a flexible individual who will enjoy the benefits of working in a small local team, and can support us in the development of our growing business.
Post office and store assistant required to open busy main post office approx 3 days a week, Monday-Saturday to offer the best service possible to our local community. Ideally we are looking for someone with Horizon training and/or experience who can fill the role of operating a post office within a shop as well, but this is not a prerequisite and all applications will be considered. There will be further shop work available to be negotiated depending on the needs of the business and successful applicants availability.
Further shifts available subject to suitable skills and/or training being completed.
Also assist during core hours in post office and store with holiday cover and sickness absence cover
Duties
Primarily to operate tills, covering lunch breaks, filling shelves, stock counting, cleaning, providing high quality customer service and assistance in the Post office itself. There will be the possibility of doing other work as we are a multi-fasceted business operating in several areas, so someone who enjoys working accross multiple areas will love working with us.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.00-£13.50 per hour
