Experienced Baker – Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough, batters, fillings, and icings according to recipes.
- Bake bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery products.
- Decorate cakes and pastries as required.
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Check ingredient quality and manage stock levels.
- Assist with inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Train or supervise junior bakery staff when needed.
- Ensure products are displayed attractively and meet customer expectations.
Pay: £2,100.00-£3,200.00 per month
