Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will play a vital role in maintaining the bar area, preparing beverages, and assisting with food service.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation and serving, working closely with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is highly desirable.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong guest services skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
