We are hiring for a National Accounts Sales Support to support the National Accounts team through effective co-ordination, analysis and account administration, enabling National Account Managers to maximise customer opportunities and deliver sustainable sales growth.
What will you be doing

Act as the first point of contact for all queries and requests from key accounts, producers, and internal teams

Manage key customer systems, such as electronic invoicing, product information and technical information uploads

Generate reports relating to customer forecasts; sales figures; invoicing, and media activity

Manage the wine sample process from winery requests through to delivery to the buyers
-
Co-ordinate competition entries and samples for retailer press tastings

Provide regular support at Liberty Wines tastings, customer tastings and trade events
-
Assist with trip schedules and itineraries
-
Track and monitor exclusive customer stock levels, working with wineries and production planning to ensure continuity of supply

Support new product and vintage artwork processes for own-label products

Conduct regular range reviews of key customer wine ranges to build insight and trend data

Assist National Account Managers in market insight presentations

Monitor and report on relevant press coverage of listings within key retailers
About you

Team-oriented who is eager to learn, take on responsibility, and develop within National Accounts

Strong organisation, problem solving, and prioritisation skills with a keen attention to detail

Flexible, proactive, and responsive

Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
-
Numerate and computer literate, with proficient Excel skills
-
Good wine knowledge, preferably minimum WSET Level 2

Additional languages are an advantage

Previous Sales support experience is a plus, but don’t worry if you lack this experience – enthusiasm and willingness are just as important!
