Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Freelance Caravan & Motorhome Salesperson to join our team. This role offers flexible working arrangements, and is specifically required for the attendance of National Exhibitions, such as the NEC Caravan & Motorhome show, twice a year.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable caravans or motorhomes, ensuring a tailored sales experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points to maximise customer interest.
- Engage in upselling to increase order values.
- Manager customer expectations and negotiate a deal that works for all parties.
- Communicate professionally via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organisational skills.
Other Information
- Proven experience within the leisure vehicle or related industries is preferred but not essential.
- Full training will be given to non-experienced candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette to foster trust and rapport with clients.

Remuneration
Freelance salespeople working National Exhibitions such as the NEC, are paid a day rate of £100. Free accommodation and food and drink are provided for the full duration of the show. In addition, a commission is also payable for each vehicle sale achieved during the show period, ranging from between £100 - £300 per vehicle sold.
