The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team and help make Kaaphi Coffee Barnet’s favourite local destination.
You’ll be the face of the brand — crafting consistently great coffee, creating genuine connections with customers, and contributing to the warm, community feel that defines who we are.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium espresso-based drinks with care and precision
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation
- Deliver friendly, engaging customer service with every interaction
- Support smooth daily operations — from opening to closing
- Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and minimising waste
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and fun team environment
- Take pride in representing a brand that values quality, sustainability and giving back

What We’re Looking For
- Barista experience in a specialty or high-quality café (12 months preferred)
- Genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
- Attention to detail and consistency in every cup
- Positive, proactive and reliable team player
- Interest in sustainability, ethical sourcing, and social impact
