Technibond is one of the UK's leading converters and suppliers of technical adhesive tapes. We are looking to recruit a hard-working and enthusiastic Production Operative. Full training will be given to the suitable candidate
Responsibilities:
- Setting and operating a range of converting machines to produce high-quality products
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards
- Packing finished goods
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and escalate as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred, but not essential
- Common sense and a willingness to learn
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery
- Ability to work efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Note: This position requires standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
Successful candidates will be required to work Monday till Thursday 7am until 3:30pm and on Friday 7am until 2:30pm within a busy production environment.
