To assist in the provision of care and work as part of a team to achieve required standards. To ensure clients retain their dignity and individuality. To be involved in the general activities of the care home. To maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, staff members and visitors.
Participate in relevant Vocational Training Programmes to achieve required qualification.
Attend mandatory training/courses, on or off site as and when required.
Satisfactory police check and check against the POVA list (CRB).
Genuine interest in working within a caring environment.
Experience of working with relevant client group.
Ensure the highest possible levels of care are maintained by supporting / assisting clients when required with all aspects of daily living.
Promote safe working practice in the home.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures within the defined timescales.
