We are looking for a Operations Manager to join a fantastic branch in Oxfordshire that provides private homecare to clients across the region. This is an exciting 'step up' from a Registered Manager. You will work with the P&L of the branch, figures and report directly into the business owners, whilst lead a team for performance.
The branch is a stable one with a dedicated team of clients and caregivers and a small office team, all striving to make a difference in the community.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Undertake management of the team including office and clients.
- Regularly Liaise with Branch Owner/Registered Care Manager and review performance of caregivers, clients.
- Adhere to CQC regulations at all times, ensuring client candidate data is processed fairly, accurately.
- At times network, business development and process new enquiries across the North Kent area.
The role is office based Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with occasional requirements for on call and additional hours (you will be rewarded these back!).

Experience Required:
- NVQ 5 Leadership and Management/Working Towards
- Experience as a Registered Manager/Care Manager/CQC Professional - Essential
- Driver with access to own vehicle- Essential
