营销专员的工作包括但不限于维护公司的微信公共账户 ， 小红书 ，Instagram;安排促销材料的使用，组织与商店和消费者的促销活动 ， 为供应商制作活动报告 ，准备每月促销以及一些 简单的设计任务，例如。除创意营销的任务外，该工作将涉及适度的文书工作，例如库存管理和报告编写。它还将需要与销售和采购同事以及供应商和设计师等外部合作伙伴进行协调。
The marketing officer's jobs involve but are not limited to the maintenance of the company's WeChat moment and public account, Instagram and other social media platforms, arranging the usage of promotional material, organising promotion with stores and consumers, creating marketing reports for suppliers, preparing monthly promotion newsletters and some light graphic design tasks for the social media platform. Outside of the creative marketing tasks, the job will involve a moderate amount of administrative tasks such as stock management and writing of reports. It will also require coordination with sales and purchase colleagues as well as outside partners such as suppliers and graphic designers etc.

Required Skills and Experiences
- Must have marketing-related work experience or qualifications.
- Must demonstrate good writing skills in Chinese for business reports and social media posts.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English, Cantonese is also preferred.
- Must be able to carry out light graphic design tasks on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience in administrating Social Media Platforms preferred, e.g. WeChat Public Account, Instragram, Xiaohongshu etc.
- Experience in E-commerce preferred, e.g. selling on Wechat Mini Program, Taobao, Amazon, eBay, etc preferred.
- Experience or hobbit in photography preferred.
- Experience in the food retail industry or student-related industry preferred.
Preferred Characteristic
- Good team spirit, able to work with various departments to coordinate events.
- Organized, able to work independently on a project with good reporting skills and meet the deadline.
- Innovative in marketing method and sensitive to the trending topic and products in Mainland China.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and efficiency.
