Admin & Customer Experience - Your day-to-day adventure:
The day-to-day role will vary as the season progresses. As an overview, the role included, but not limited to, the following:
- Be one of the friendly voices customers hear when they call with questions about their dream trips
- Process final stages of bookings and process payments
- Liaise with suppliers across Scandinavia and beyond
- Assist our bookkeeper by running financial checks on invoices
- Ensure every customer receives their detailed Travel Pack and has an amazing experience
- Monitor and manage customer databases and booking systems
Social Media & Marketing Opportunities:
- Help tell our story across social platforms - share stunning Northern Lights photos, customer adventures, and travel inspiration
- Engage with our travel-loving community online
- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns

Ø Is computer confident - comfortable with Excel, social media platforms, and learning new systems
Ø Has an eye for detail - accuracy matters when planning £3,000+ holidays
Ø Is reliable - our customers depend on us, and we depend on you
Ø Works well solo or in a team - flexibility is key in our close-knit office
Ø Has excellent English - you'll be writing to customers and creating social content
Ø Brings enthusiasm - your positive attitude will shine through to customers
