Duties
- Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction
- Manage team performance through coaching, training, and motivating staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service
- Oversee merchandising efforts to maintain attractive displays that enhance product visibility and drive sales
- Coordinate scheduling, inventory management, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient store operations
- Foster effective communication within the team and with customers, utilizing excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Monitor sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategic initiatives accordingly
- Maintain a safe, organized environment by adhering to company policies and organizational standards
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail or a related field with supervising responsibilities
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate diverse teams and foster collaboration
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
- Demonstrated success in sales management, merchandising, and team development
- Exceptional organizational skills with effective time management capabilities
- Administrative experience including inventory control, record keeping, and reporting
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette
- Management certification or relevant training is a plus; multilingual skills are highly valued
