MET Technician
- Full Time/Permanent
- Hours - Monday-Friday - 8:00am-5:30pm
- Salary - £20- £20 per hour
- Fantastic individual bonus
- 1 Saturday a month maybe required due to business needs
Duties of an MET Technician:
- Must have experience in stripping and refitting a variety of makes and models of vehicle.
- Carry out diagnostic checks on vehicles.
- Geometry Wheel Alignment.
- Suspension and mechanical duties.
- Stripping and Fitting Vehicles before and after paint.
- Stripping and Fitting bumpers and doors.
- Repairing interior Plastics and Seats.
- Repairing Exterior Plastics.
- Repairing Windscreens - desirable but not essential
- Repairing, stripping and fitting dashboards.
- Dealing with wiring throughout the car.
Requirements of an MET Technician
- ATA/NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 qualified MET Technician or time served within an MET Technician role.
- Full valid driving licence
- Must have own tools and previous bodyshop experience
- You will be required to pass a criminal records background check
