We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hotel Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to hotel standards and menus
- Assist in the supervision of junior kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen
- Collaborate with the head chef and sous chefs to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
- Ensure all food preparation meets quality specifications and presentation standards
- Manage stock levels, monitor ingredient freshness, and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Support the training of new team members in food preparation and safety procedures
- Serve food efficiently during service periods, ensuring guest satisfaction is achieved
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Previous restaurant or hotel kitchen experience is highly desirable
- Excellent culinary skills with an eye for detail in presentation
- Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods while maintaining high standards
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
