We are looking for a motivated and organised General Builder/ Carpenter to join our growing team working on a range of residential and heritage projects in and around the area.
You will have practical skills in working on elements of the build.
Responsibilities
- Being on the tools producing work depending on the size of the project.
- Take instruction from Site Foreman/woman ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules
- Ensure high quality of work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building standards
- Proven experience in general building and carpentry roles
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Relevant qualifications in carpentry
- Valid management certification e.f SSSTS or supervisory training is advantageous
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
- CSCS card beneficial but not essential
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Live within 1 hour of Bruton, Somerset
