Job Title: Customer Services Agent
Location: Ross-on-Wye, Onsite
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday - 0800-1800 which will be covered by a rota of three shifts: 0800-1600, 0900 – 17:00 and 1000 – 1800. There will also be a possibility of Saturday working during peak promotional periods.
Holidays: 31 days Holiday (including public holidays)
Salary: £25,057.50 with a salary review after successful completion of the probation period plus quarterly bonus for meeting targets.

About us: Dawleys are a successful outsourcing business providing e-commerce and call centre solutions for some of the UK’s top businesses and charities.
This role is to provide excellent customer service and effective administration support, for an international workwear manufacturer handling UK enquiries via phone and email.
We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing and confident people to join our new customers services team. Full training will be provided.
Duties to include:
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email
- Investigating queries, taking appropriate action, ensuring the customer is kept up to date and closing support tickets
- Updating a database of customer information
- Handling customer complaints
- Creatively advise customers on products and locations for personalisation, colour, design and logo placement to create a ‘wow’ effect
- Processing orders and submitting payment requests
- Flagging of queries by type for analysis
- Escalating queries where necessary
- Verify and gather information
What you'll need to succeed:
- A confident telephone manner with excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
- Experience of writing customer emails with good attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills Experience of using IT systems and accurate keyboard skills
- Able to demonstrate you can learn procedures and product information
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills
