Job Overview
Window surgeon is looking for motivated and skilled Service Engineer to join our growing team. Specialising in the repair and installation of uPVC and aluminium windows and doors, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service across Eastbourne and surrounding areas.
As a service engineer, you will visit customers homes and commercial premises to assess, quote, repair and install window and door products. You'll ensure all work is completed to the highest of standards, maintain accurate job records and represent Window Surgeon professionally at all times.
Responsibilities
- Visit customer properties to assess and quote repair and installation work.
- Carry out repairs and installations of windows and doors.
- Identify and record any additional parts or remedial work required.
- Maintain accurate job records using the ServiceM8 system.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a professional approach.
Requirements
- Experience in repairing and installing uPVC and aluminium windows and doors.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- Excellent reliability, punctuality and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Full UK driving licence
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm (30 minute lunch break)
- 42.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.
Pay: From £32,000.00 per year
