We are on the lookout for a new member to join our team in delivering memorable hospitality. We are a year-round business, open seven days a week, keen to grow our lunch and evening trade. We are open Monday to Sunday with service hours from 12pm – 11pm. This is a permanent position to join our team in delivering memorable service and build a meaningful career in hospitality.

This is balanced with hosting our shop, orientating customers to our venue. This may include serving of food and working in our kitchen plating up our food offering, full training will be given. You will learn how to greet customers, orientate them around our broad and specialist offering, and ultimately make them feel welcome. You will make our changing menu of wonderful drinks as part of a team that desires to achieve world-class hospitality, by tailoring their experience to their needs and preferences. There will be plenty of opportunity for you to learn about our offering from regular weekly tastings in house. Though your primary role will be in bartending, we are willing to invest in the right candidate and train them in our offering with certified Wine and Beer courses.
You will be actively interested in one of our three specialities of either natural wine, craft beer and seasonal cocktails. You will be a taste tourist, bringing ideas to the table on how we can evolve our menu, utilising seasonal ingredients.
The role involves working weekends and evenings, with the venue open seven days a week from 12-11pm on most days as we go into summer. The hours can vary but we desire to hire for a minimum of 20 hours a week for any part-time role over a three shifts.
