Seeking experienced Window/Door Fabricators to join our team. Role combines factory manufacturing with responsive on-site aftersales support and rectification works.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of fabrication experience within a manufacturing environment. On-site remedial or customer-facing support experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reading technical drawings and following supplier manuals precisely. Exceptional diagnostic skills with meticulous attention to detail to resolve faults.
- Operational Flexibility: Ability to work independently on client sites for aftersales cover and collaboratively within the factory team. Adaptable to shifting priorities between production and field support.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, professional customer-facing conduct, and a commitment to delivering a fault-free finished product.

- Ensure the quality of the product
