The Role
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you'll manage a varied private musculoskeletal caseload, delivering high-quality assessment, diagnosis and evidence-based treatment plans.
You'll also play an important role in supporting and mentoring junior clinicians while helping to maintain the excellent reputation of the Downend clinic through exceptional patient care.
The role includes participation in a flexible rota, including regular weekend working to maximise patient accessibility.
About You
We're looking for a confident, motivated clinician who enjoys working within a supportive, high-performing environment and is committed to continual professional development.
You will have:
- BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy
- Current HCPC registration
- CSP membership
- Strong experience treating musculoskeletal conditions
- Excellent manual therapy and rehabilitation skills
- Outstanding communication and patient relationship skills
- A proactive, organised and professional approach
- Commercial awareness and confidence discussing treatment plans
- A passion for delivering outstanding patient outcomes
- The ability to mentor and support less experienced clinicians
Experience within private practice, sports injury management or strength and conditioning would be advantageous.
