At Flexible Support Options we provide care and support to adults with a diverse set of needs including learning disabilities and Diabetes. We support people who live in their own home and have a team of staff who help them with all aspects of their daily life. You will be required to support individuals to manage their home, to access leisure, employment and education opportunities, spend time with their friends and families and have full and happy lives.
We are looking for a caring, compassionate individual who are dedicated to ensuring individuals receive the best standards of care and support possible. You must be approachable and treat people with dignity and respect.
You will be required to work flexibly over a 7 day period. The role will include evening, weekend, bank holidays and overnight work.

Key Requirements:
NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care
Experience of ISL working
Be available to attend paid training
Be caring and friendly
Professional and dedicated
Have 3 suitable references (professional and/or educational)
Be prepared to go through necessary personal background checks
Be eligible to work in the UK
