Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while also being part of a team. A commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential, as you will interact with clients and colleagues regularly.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and scrub surfaces to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or malfunctions
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding cleaning requirements and schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly
Skills
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication
- Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members
- Driving skills are advantageous for travelling between different cleaning locations
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards

Pay: £12.80-£13.00 per hour
