Ron Brooks Motor Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Leicester dealership, representing the exciting and rapidly growing OMODA and JAECOO brands.

Working closely with Tim, our Service Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of the service department, helping to deliver an outstanding experience for every customer who visits our dealership.
About the Role
This is more than a traditional Service Advisor position. As our Leicester site continues to grow, you’ll become a key member of the wider dealership team, supporting the service department whilst also assisting with front-of-house duties and customer enquiries across other departments.
You’ll be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming and professional customer journey, ensuring every interaction reflects the values and reputation that have made Ron Brooks a trusted name for generations.
Key Responsibilities
Managing service, repair and maintenance bookings
Welcoming customers and delivering exceptional customer service
Supporting the Service Manager with the daily operation of the service department
Liaising with workshop technicians and customers regarding vehicle progress
Preparing estimates, invoices and service documentation
Handling customer enquiries both face-to-face and over the telephone
Supporting reception and telephony duties.
Working closely with colleagues across the dealership to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintaining manufacturer standards and accurate customer records
Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
What We’re Looking For
Previous Service Advisor experience within a franchised or independent motor dealership
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
Team player who is willing to support the wider business when required
