Barista – Full-Time (Immediate Start)
No.8 Deli, West Bridgford
We’re on the lookout for an experienced barista to join our well established, busy coffee shop.
This role is perfect for someone who loves coffee, works well under pressure, and enjoys being part of a fast-moving small team. You’ll be making great coffee, chatting with customers, and helping out with food prep (including sandwiches), so being hands-on and adaptable is key.
What you’ll need:
- Solid barista experience and confidence behind the machine
- A good eye for detail and pride in making consistently great coffee
- The ability to stay calm and work quickly during busy periods
- A positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends

- Full-time role
- Immediate start available
- Not suitable for students
