We are a well-established, busy, and highly regarded domiciliary care provider in Durham and Sunderland, and we are looking for an experienced Healthcare Support Worker to join our excellent care team.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing person-centred care and support to service users in their own homes
* Assisting with personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and daily living tasks
* Promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times
* Maintaining accurate care records and following care plans
* Building positive, professional relationships with service users and their families
Requirements
* Previous experience in domiciliary or community care (essential)
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
* Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
* Right to work in the UK
