We're looking for a confident and people-focused Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Team.

Key Responsibilities:
Training Compliance & Administration
- Maintaining and update training logs, including forklift licenses, first aid certificates, and all other mandatory training records.
- Ensure training records are accurate, up to date and compliant with internal and external requirements.
- Schedule refresher training and proactively flag upcoming expiries.
Training Design & Delivery
- Create, develop and deliver internal training sessions inhouse to around 250 staff across 16 sites, including Microsoft skills, systems training, Sales focused training and more.
- Build structured training programmes from scratch, ensuring content is engaging, practical and tailored to staff needs.
- Deliver confident, effective Sales training to support our commercial teams.
Induction & Onboarding
- Lead the induction process for new starters at Head office.
- Design and deliver induction sessions that give new employees a strong, positive introduction to the business.
L&D Strategy & Collaboration
- Work closely with the HR Manager to identify training needs across the business.
- Suggest new ways of working, improvements to training processes and opportunities to enhance staff development and improve productivity.
- Support the creation of a long-term learning & Development roadmap.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings energy and confidence, and a genuine passion for developing people. You'll thrive in this role if you are:
- Experienced in Learning & Development or training delivery
- Confident presenting to groups of all sizes
- Comfortable designing training content from scratch
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
- A strong communicator who can build relationships across the business.
- Someone who enjoys suggesting improvements.
- Keen to grow your skills, we'll invest in your own development too.
- Experience delivering sales training or working with commercial teams is a strong advantage.
Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
