Location: North of England.
Salary:
Start: £27,500
After successful training completion: £28,000
After 6 month review: £30,000 with the potential to earn more

The Role:
At WaterCare, we need great people. Therefore, we are looking for a customer focused individual with plumbing knowledge and experience to join our growing team. You will be the face of WaterCare in the field, installing, servicing or repairing a range of water treatment products. Whilst previous water treatment experience is preferable, it is not essential. Your main priority is our customers and ensuring we maintain our level of ‘customer experience’.

Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working with Water Softeners or Drinking water systems (Preferred but not essential)
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience in customer facing roles
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Good trouble shooting skills
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to take ownership
- Can do attitude

It’s not compulsory to be an expert in the water softener industry or that you have water softener diagnostics skills, as training and upskilling will be provided during our intensive induction programme. However, it is important that you adopt to WaterCare, providing “exceptional” customer service and improving lives through better water
