Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our operations within the food service delivery industry. Ensuring that all processes meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a very cold environment are essential for this role. Flexibility and a 'can do' attitude are also required.
Duties
- Assist in the picking of frozen food orders for next day delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations..
- Support the implementation of quality control measures throughout the picking process.
Skills
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices, including HACCP principles.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
