Role Summary

Role Accountabilities
- Reconciliation of monthly Underwriter (insurer) statements and ledgers.
- Release of Bureaux Delinked Signing messages.
- Allocation of payable ledger items.
- Process and arrange Underwriter payments.
- Control, monitor and review outstanding payables with prompt resolution of queries.
- Responsible for resolution and escalation of queries with internal colleagues, including Processing Teams and Claims, as well as external parties such as Underwriters.
- Complete ad hoc duties as requested by management.
- Undertake any additional duties as required.
Role Requirements
- Previous experience within an Accounts, Finance, or Insurance Broking Accounts function would be advantageous, although not essential.
Skills and Abilities
- High level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- A high level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet processing SLAs and deadlines.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment.
