Community Care Assistant (Female Only)

Bloom & Care is Bedford’s only independent CQC Outstanding-rated home care provider, and we’re looking for a compassionate Community Care Assistant to join our friendly, supportive team.
As a family-run, nurse-led provider, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We take the time to match carers with regular clients, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and provide truly person-centred care that makes a lasting difference.
Working Pattern
- 3 mornings per week: 7:00am-2:00pm
- 1 evening per week: 4:00pm-10:00pm
- One full weekend per month:
- Saturday: 7:00am-2:00pm & 4:00pm-10:00pm
- Sunday: 7:00am-2:00pm & 4:00pm-10:00pm

What We’re Looking For
- A kind, reliable and professional individual with a genuine passion for caring
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Living in or around the Bedford area
- Able to commit to the shift pattern above
