Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient office procedures, managing communication channels, and supporting staff to ensure smooth business functions. Responsibilities
- Plan and organise office operations to ensure smooth administrative and business support functions.
- Oversee administrative systems and processes to support construction projects and business activities.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, project enquiries, and supplier/client communications.
- Manage office budgets, monitor expenses, track invoices, and support payment processing.
- Maintain and control office records, project documentation, and business files.
- Assist management in preparing reports and supporting business planning activities.
- Support HR coordination, including staff records, attendance and onboarding activities.
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative experience demonstrating organisational competence.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with clerical duties such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence management.
- Organised mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
