Flow Bar is a premier cocktail bar known for our classic mixology, lively atmosphere, innovative drinks. We take pride in delivering exceptional service and high-quality drinks to our customers. We are currently looking for a skilled and professional Bartender to join our growing team.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced bartender who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have a passion for mixology, a strong knowledge of spirits, and the ability to maintain high standards during peak hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails with precision.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar station.
- Work effectively as part of a team during busy shifts.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a cocktail bar setting (minimum 1 year).
- Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and mixology techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during rush hours.
- Professional attitude with a focus on teamwork and punctuality.
- Personal license or willingness to obtain one is a plus.
- Right to work in the UK.
