Location: Derby City Centre
Job Type: Part-Time (In-person)
Hours: 18-20 hours Weekend Work (with opportunities for extra shifts to cover holidays)
About the Role
We’re looking for an outgoing, confident individual with hospitality experience to join our friendly team at Baby Platinum Derby. This is a varied and sociable position ideal for someone who thrives in a lively nightlife environment. We can offer full time or part time, weekend availability is a must.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Bar service (no cocktail-making required)
- Table service
- Reception and till work
- Promotion
- Light cleaning duties
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role
- A team player who can multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+ (ID required)
- Weekend and night shift availability (Friday & Saturday nights)
What We Offer
- Pay: £10.85 – £12.71 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Shared tips nightly (often higher than average bar tips)
- Cash commission on champagne and spirit bottle sales (paid after your shift)

Additional Information
- Successful applicants will be invited for an interview held during operational hours, starting from 20.30
- Smart attire is required for interviews.
