We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee QHSE Advisor. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about health and safety, eager to embed our values, and ready to contribute to the success of our clients and the growth of our consultancy.
· Learn to complete client visits and inspections as per allocated client portfolio (this includes travelling across the UK and may require overnight stays).
· Complete detailed reports following audits and inspections.
· Management of our company templates.
· Assist with client on-site training sessions.
· Attend networking sessions and complete workshops / seminars to the local business community.
· Assist with new client opportunities and portfolio expansion in line with our service offerings.
· Develop new service provision and create innovative solutions for our clients.
· Assist in mentoring of student placements.
· Work as part of a team and on own initiative when called for.
· Multi-task effectively, whilst prioritising workloads appropriately.
· Communicate accurately and professionally.
· Demonstrate a positive 'can-do' attitude.
· Display excellent attention to detail.
· Demonstrate an eagerness to learn.
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
· At least 3 years’ experience in a customer facing role is essential.
· Valid driving license and vehicle for attending client premises.
· Assist with the development and growth of the company.
· Desirable – knowledge of management systems, policies, procedures and inspections.
