Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional bar and Front of House Staff to join our team. Previous experience in hospitality is essential, and must have a minimum of 7+ years experience
Duties
- Greeting guests warmly and directing them to appropriate areas
- Managing reservations and guest enquiries both in person and via telephone
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring high standards of service
- Handling payments and processing transactions with attention to detail
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Assisting with event set-up and breakdown as required
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills with the capacity to multitask efficiently
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary
