We're offering a 12-month, full-time Specialist Practitioner Qualification ( District Nursing), with vacancies available across East and West Kent and academic support provided by the University of Greenwich. On successful completion, you will progress into a Band 6 Qualified Specialist Practitioner District Nurse role. Existing Band 6 staff will retain their Band 6 salary throughout the programme.
You will be supported to develop as a clinical leader, delivering high-quality patient care, driving innovation, and contributing to an inclusive and supportive culture. You will also have opportunities to influence service development and make a meaningful difference to the communities we serve.

Be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months' Community Nursing experience.
Be an active NMC Mentor, Practice Assessor or Practice Supervisor.
Demonstrate recent professional development relevant to your clinical area.
