As part of our ongoing growth and commitment to innovation, we are looking to expand our marketing team with the addition of a talented Digital Marketing Executive.
Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) channels. The successful candidate will have experience in organic and paid digital marketing, content creation, social media management, SEO, email marketing, and AI-powered marketing tools.
Passionate about e-commerce, customer experience, and digital innovation, they will have hands-on experience managing campaigns that deliver measurable growth, increase brand awareness, and achieve a strong return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Paid Marketing
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets to maximise return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, remarketing, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and report on key metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvements based on campaign data and performance insights.
Digital Marketing
- Develop and deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
- Support both D2C and B2B marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Maintain a consistent brand presence across all digital platforms.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of service launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing activity.
- Use AI tools to support the creation of visual assets (e.g. videos, images, and templates), campaign planning, audience targeting, and reporting, applying data-driven insights to improve personalisation, efficiency, and overall marketing performance.
SEO, GEO & Website Optimisation
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimise website content and landing pages for SEO, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and conversion performance.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to user experience and conversion rates.
- Support technical SEO and GEO initiatives to improve online visibility.
- Track and report on SEO and GEO performance, including rankings, organic traffic, and search trends.
Content & Social Media
- Work collaboratively with the Content Creator to plan, schedule, publish, and promote content across digital channels.
- Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns by ensuring content is effectively distributed across websites, email marketing, social media, and paid channels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms.
- Produce regular reports highlighting campaign performance, customer insights, and recommendations.
- Use data to inform marketing decisions and improve overall digital performance.
Qualifications, Training and Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within direct-to-consumer environments.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics (GA4), and other digital marketing tools.
- Experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience managing websites using WordPress or similar content management systems (CMS).
- Proficient in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to create and adapt digital marketing assets.
- Experience with basic video editing for promotional content.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms to optimise email marketing campaigns, automate workflows, and nurture leads.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, analytical, and commercially minded, with a keen interest in emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and AI innovations.
