Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader/Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing teams across retail or sales environments. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and organisational goals.
- Organise daily schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team performance.
- Ensure high standards of customer service through training and coaching staff.
- Manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and visual presentation to maximise sales.
- Maintain clear communication channels within the team and with other departments.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as reporting, record keeping, and scheduling.
- Support recruitment processes by participating in interviews and onboarding new staff.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising or managing teams within retail, sales, or related sectors.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, or retail management is preferred.
- Proficient in time management and administrative duties with attention to detail.
- Exceptional organisational skills coupled with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Pay: £15,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
