THE ROLE
We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Technician / Driver to join our team. Working under the supervision of our Managing Director and Resource Scheduling Manager, you'll learn how to prepare and maintain the company's wide array of broadcast equipment, getting it ready for sports analysis jobs and for dry broadcast hire. Full training on the equipment will be provided.
Alongside the technical side of the role, you'll deliver and collect broadcast equipment to and from our clients. This is a client-facing position, so you'll be representing Rugged Earth directly and will need to be personable, professional and a great communicator. You'll also help keep the workshop tidy, organised, and running smoothly.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to get into the broadcast industry and gain valuable hands-on experience within a busy and dynamic company. Experience in IT or broadcast would be an advantage but is not essential — what matters most is your enthusiasm, attitude and willingness to learn.
