Role Overview
As a Housekeeper, you’ll ensure our guest rooms and public areas are fresh, spotless, and welcoming at all times. Your work directly contributes to the outstanding guest experience that defines our brand.
Experience Necessary
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, sanitising bathrooms
- Change bed linens and towels in line with hotel standards
- Replenish toiletries and guest amenities
- Clean and maintain common areas (lobby, corridors, lounges)
- Promptly report any maintenance, safety or inventory issues
