THE ROLE
As a Team Member, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the shop.
From preparing food and serving customers to keeping standards high throughout every shift, you'll be trusted to contribute to an environment where quality and consistency come first.
No two shifts are ever the same.
One minute you'll be preparing orders, the next you'll be helping customers, supporting your team during a busy service, or making sure the shop is looking its absolute best.
This is a fast-paced role, but it's also a rewarding one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Preparing and serving food to a consistently high standard
- Delivering friendly, engaging customer service
- Supporting smooth service during busy periods
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Keeping your station organised, stocked, and service-ready
- Working closely with your teammates to achieve shared goals
- Helping create a positive atmosphere for both customers and colleagues
- Zero-hours agreement. We offer flexible working patterns, with shifts allocated based on business needs and availability. Additional hours are frequently available during peak trading periods and as the business continues to grow.

Experience within hospitality, food service, QSR, or customer service is beneficial, but not essential.
Full training will be provided.
